Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: December 31, 2025

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending a Ms. Yvett’s Sip & Paint event (“Event”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Tickets & Payment

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Tickets are reserved for paid guests only. Seating and supplies are limited and may sell out.
If you purchase multiple tickets, you are responsible for sharing event details with your guests.

2. Transfers

Tickets may be transferred to another guest with 24-hour notice (or more) prior to the Event.
To request a transfer, contact us with the original purchaser name and the new guest’s name.

3. Arrival & Participation

Events start on time. Late arrivals are welcome but may miss instructions.
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Please follow staff instructions for a safe and fun experience.

4. Alcohol Policy (When Offered)

Alcohol (including unlimited mimosas when advertised) is available to guests 21+ only with valid government-issued ID.
Please drink responsibly. We reserve the right to limit service and/or remove guests for unsafe behavior.

5. Food & Allergies (When Offered)

Food and beverages are provided when listed in the event description.
Guests are responsible for identifying and managing allergies and dietary restrictions.
Ms. Yvett’s Sip & Paint is not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities.

6. Personal Belongings & Property

Guests are responsible for personal belongings. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Guests may be responsible for excessive damage caused to venue property or equipment.

7. Conduct

Ms. Yvett’s Sip & Paint is a welcoming environment. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest for conduct that disrupts the experience.

8. Media Release

By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional use (social media, website, marketing).
If you prefer not to appear in photos/videos, please notify staff upon arrival.

9. Event Changes, Cancellations & Weather

We may update event details (date, time, location, instructor, or format) if needed.
If an Event is cancelled by Ms. Yvett’s Sip & Paint, guests will receive a reschedule option or event credit (as communicated at the time).
